i was so happy to have the chance to meet with noreen and jason this past tuesday to talk about their wedding day and to shoot their engagement photos around philly. they booked us without meeting with us and since they live in atlanta it was kind of up in the air as to when i would get to meet with them in person. they are working with the fabulous angela malicki of angela malicki events (www.angelamalickievents.com) ....if you're looking for an amazing coordinator for your event she's your girl! thanks noreen and jason for such a fun afternoon! i can't wait for your wedding at the union league in july! xoxoxo

I met with marcy and greg soooooo long ago that when it finally came down to the day of the their wedding, we had become such good friends! marcy is one of those girls that loves to giggle, laugh, talk and just have fun all the time. she has been such a great connection for us in so many ways and is always there to help us out or give us advice when we need it! so needless to say, after shooting her and greg's e-session, and marcy's boudoir shoot, they were both so comfortable with us and understood our vision and most importantly trusted us with everything that we asked them to do! marcy also told us that she "freakin loves us" and "that she would have invited us to her wedding even if we weren't shooting it" and our response to marcy is...we freakin love you too girl! enjoy your pics and call us as soon as you get home from your honeymoon!
also, a huge thanks to cindi deal at bridal garden. and i did marcy's make-up too!

once again we headed out with a bunch of photog friends to do some shooting, but this time it was at night. we all wanted to get together to practice our lighting since shooting outside at night can be a challenge. i was able to do the make-up for one of the models (long dark hair) so that was fun! i love to do make-up for model shoots because i get to be more creative with the make-up and experiment with that as well. we started our shoot at elfraths alley and the headed to swanky bubbles to warm up and get a cocktail and then we hit washington square before calling it a night. back to our loft for some pizza and more cocktails. many thanks to joe g. for putting it all together. here are 4 of mine.

this one is a little abstract but i just like it.
baby lily has had a long hard life already and she is just 6 months old. little lily, is one of two primi twins that my cousin leigh gave birth too. her and her sister audrey, who has passed away, but will always be in our hearts where born three months ahead of schedule and where only 1 lb. at birth. there has been many complications along the way, but with the help of family, friends, and great doctors and nurses, baby lily is doing great! she still can't leave the house too much so while i was over for leigh's baby shower i was able to take some fab. shots of the little princess.
